Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States. If your country is not listed, please contact us at service@cupajooy.com to inquire about availability.
Processing Time
We will process and arrange shipment within 1-3 working days after your order is placed (holidays postponed). In special cases (e.g., insufficient stock, custom-made products, etc.), we will notify you of the estimated shipping time via email or in-site message.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
The goods will be shipped from our US overseas warehouse. After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1-9 working days, depending on your location. In general, your order will arrive within 2-12 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Costs
All products on our website qualify for free shipping! There is no minimum purchase requirement, and we cover the full shipping cost.
Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@cupajooy.com. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
